Karim Karimov has graduated from Baku Turkish Private High School, and was enrolled the same year to the Law faculty of Baku State University. Graduating from BSU Law degree in 2014, he continued his studies in Barcelona, Spain by enrolling to masters degree in “International Economic Law and Policy” at University of Barcelona (UB), having successfully finishing it in 2015. He has participated in training programs at different locations in city of Baku: Binaqadi district’s attorney practice, Narimanov’s district executive court, and Nizami district’s court.
Having started his social activities at BSU’s debate club, he was also a director of mentioned debate club from 2012 to 2014. Currently, he is a judge, mentor, and trainer for Karl-Popper and Parlamet debates. He was also a secretary general for Azerbaijan Representation at Europe’s biggest law student association – ELSA (European Law Students Association) during 2013 – 2014.
As a part of Azerbaijani diaspora abroad, he has founded “Azerbaijani Society in Barcelona”(ASB) on 12th of February 2015, and currently is working as a chairman of ASB.
Additionally, he is a director of Azerbaijani House in Barcelona, co-founder of ONSIDE amateur football organization.
