An Event dedicated to “20th January Tragedy” was held in Barcelona.
Today in Barcelona, an event was held dedicated to 28th anniversary of “20th January Tragedy”.
In the beginning of the event hosted by ASB, the memory of all the victims of this terrible act of mass killing made by a Soviet Army on 19th of January midnight 1990, was remembered by a minute of silence.
ASB’s director Karim Karimov, when talking about 20th January events, says that it is a very important date in a modern history of Azerbaijan will will never be forgotten, martyrs who gave away their lives for our motherland’s freedom stay eternally in our minds, and also mentioned the importance of remembering this date by future generations.
An event followed by talks from Barcelona Lawyer’s Association member – Javier Medina Ortiz, Chichak Zalova, and Nizami Namazov.
