Event dedicated to “Azerbaijan’s State Independence Day” in Barcelona.
On October 18, 2018 an event related to the “State Independence Day of Azerbaijan” was held in Barcelona, Spain.
The event organized by the “Azerbaijani Society in Barcelona” (ASB) began with the singing of the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Spain.
Speaking at the event, ASB Chairman Karim Karimov gave extensive information to the event participants about the “Azerbaijan Independence Day” and brought to the attention of the event participants that Azerbaijan always respects international law and norms and the need for European countries to support Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity within the framework of international law norms on the same basis.
Speaking at the event, lawyer Javier Medina Ortiz, a member of the “Barcelona Bar Association”, spoke about the strengthening friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Spain on the background of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day and emphasized that his country always supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
